Hello,
I just upgraded from 2.46 to 2.49.1 and I have a problem with: http://fr.viamichelin.be/ [User agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64; rv:52.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/52.0 SeaMonkey/2.49.1]
You may test by yourself:
Enter a town in zone "A" and another town in zone "B" then click on the "RECHERCHER" button. Nothing happens except the map is greyed and if the mouse is not over the "RECHERCHER" button the mouse pointer is not an arrow but is an animated circle (saying "wait, until i finish") I am under Windows10.

It looks like SM is in a loop, but no extra cpu involved.

Last step: (normally not needed)

To be able to break the loop and to get the itinerary displayed on the map (with distance and time) I must click on the SM "Reload" button.

It works correctly without a loop and therefore no need of the last step when I use: FireFox [57.0 (64-bit)]

WFM, no delay, brief graying while it thinks, results in five seconds.

SM 2.49.1, Win7 Pro SP1.

I still have the problem after a reboot and disabling Adblock+, Firebug and true-full-screen-in-semonkey.

What can I do to pinpoint and solve the problem ?

Ray, does your Error Console tell you anything interesting??

Tools->Web Development->Error Console

Might be an idea to clear the Error Console screen and then go to your problematic web site to see if anything shows up.

I have TWO errors after clicking on the "RECHERCHER" button:

Timestamp: 05-12-17 17:37:40
Error: TypeError: this._recipeManager is null
Source File: resource://gre/modules/Logresource://modules/LoginManagerParent.jsm
 Line: 106

Timestamp: 05-12-17 17:37:41
Error: TypeError: window.navigator.geolocation is undefined
Source File: https://fr.viamichelin.be/static/1.209.0/js/app.min.js
Line: 1
Did you have the same errors ?

To try and help, I cleared my Error Console and then clicked on your original link up-thread .... and got heaps and heaps of error messages (20?? - 50?? - 100??, I didn't actually count.)

I cleared the Error Console AFTER clicking on the original link. then I click on the "RECHERCHER" button - the problem appears just after this click ... no ? Anyway, it's my SM who have a problem, because it works correctly for most of the repliers of my post.
The error console shows only errors on the site, not in SM.
