I just dropped my old ISP (Terrible Service - no Service for a week)
and started a new one thru my Telephone Company (some kind of High
Speed Modem thing).

I removed my old account via "Accounts", then went to "create New
Account".
"E-Mail"
etc.

The "New Account" does not appear under the "Name" side on the left.

Can anyone help me ?

So it doesn't show up in the Folder Pane.

<http://kb.mozillazine.org/Window_layout_-_Thunderbird>

Does it show up in the Account Settings window?

Select an account you see in the Folder Pane, then click "View
settings
for this account".

It show up in the account settings window.
I went to View Settings.....then what ?

Remove the account using the Remove Account button and try again, or
review all the settings and make sure they are correct.

Click OK and see if it shows up.
I am in the process of "Chatting" with my phone provider.
I have an E-Mail address and Password set up - apparently.
Do I need to use the password on the account set up on SM ?

DoctorBill

Not during the setup, but you will have to change the Security Settings
in Account Settings > Server Settings to what ever they have for
Connection Security and Authentication Method.

The attempt to get email, and SeaMonkey should ask you for the password.

Account setup is so much easier in Thunderbird. :)

I am talking to Phone Co Customer Service NOW.
I'll let you know what they say - wait one.
