Difficult to understand this question. At least for me. Advertising adds
Firefox/59.0 to the UA, before the SeaMonkey part. Without advertising:

Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:59.0) Gecko/2018010400 SeaMonkey/2.56a1-h

He seems to be asking why the Firefox spec doesn't /replace/ the SeaMonkey spec. Some incompetent browser sniffers apparently ignore the Firefox spec if the UA string also contains a SeaMonkey spec, and we should be so brilliant as to guess what stupid mistakes they will make and work around them.
