You could always upgrade to 1803 and use a browser that does not display
this issue on Windows 10 1803:

o Firefox
o Tor
o Chrome
o Chromium
o Opera
o Edge

All tested on Windows 10 1803 with: http://www.dnnsoftware.com/wiki
BTW: That site also works with SeaMonkey 2.49.3 if you dismiss the
'Fatal Error' popup.
