If you're talking about this message: Automatic upgrades from previous versions are, for most configurations, disabled for this release. Please download the full installer from the downloads section and install SeaMonkey 2.49.3 manually over the previous version. Everybody gets it. It's just a warning that automatic updates don't work & that you'll have to check https://www.seamonkey-project.org/releases/ to see if there's a newer version of SeaMonkey available.
