what did you create for the outgoing SMTP server connection which allows you to send messages?

You can probably use these directions.

Effectively when we send a mail, this is the SMTP server which is used and not the POP server. and depending on this SMTP server it must be or not an kind of authentication.
If the authentication is need and if the smtp options are:
- Connection security : NONE
- Authentication method: NO AUTHENTICATION

We got this kind of error: "Login to Server Failed"
