is visible with Firefox 61.0.1

but with my SM, it's a very long blank page
User agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64; rv:52.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/52.0 SeaMonkey/2.49.1

Looks like a bad script. It displays normally for a moment, then repaints as a white page. If I disable javascript, it remains, doesn't vanish.

That's interesting. It worked for me on Linux, even with NoScript disabled (so not blocking any scripts). After the page has loaded, it greys out the main content and shows a cookie notification bar at the bottom. After accepting that, the page displays as normal, but it could be the scripting is somehow messing up on SeaMonkey under Windows.

That bar doesn't show up at all with scripting disabled, and the content is readable.
