The problem is that after upgrading to 2.49.4 I can no longer disable

The other installed browsers, FF, PM & IE, do not have the problem. On
my second computer, on which Seamonkey hasn't been upgraded, none of
the browsers exhibit this problem.
Unfortunately, the reverted-to 2.49.3 now has this problem, which it
didn't have last night.
Uh, how do you disable that feature? Let me see if it happens in my old,
updated 64-bit W7 HPE SP1 PC.
The way I do it is with a program called 7+Taskbar Tweaker, which
happily manages to keep some of Microsoft's creativity in check.
I did manage to fix the problem by uninstalling T-Tweaker, upgrading one
version to the latest, reinstalling it under Program Files rather than
in the "Roaming" section it orignally chooses, and changing one setting.
Not sure why all this was necessary since it had worked before, but in
any case things are good now.
