The extension sets up a toolbar button. Put it on a toolbar and it is
easy to toggle.
I can find this in the Add-ons Manager listed as:
"Autoplay Toggle (Non-Restartless) 1.01"

Did you look in the customize window? Many extensions put toolbar
buttons in there.
