I cleared cache and cookies, and accessed the site normally without difficulty.

Then I toggled "Advertise Firefox compatibility," cleared cache and cookies, and accessed the site normally without difficulty.

Then I toggled "Advertise Firefox compatibility" back to normal, cleared cache and cookies, and accessed the site normally without difficulty.

Ahhhh.  I had cookies blocked, I just discovered.  Thanks for everything!
