It does not work because you don't have any repository with that
package. Thunderbird, on the other hand, must be available from the
repositories you have currently configured in your system.

The list of package repositories used by the package manager in your
system is at /etc/apt/sources.list. In order to add ubuntuzilla, you
need to add a line to this file (as superuser/root), pointing to the
ubuntuzilla repositories:

    deb http://downloads.sourceforge.net/project/ubuntuzilla/mozilla/apt all 
main

and then you need to import a GPG public key and update the package
list. After this, you should be able to install seamonkey-mozilla-build.
