For some reason, lately I have been sending the Character "À" after a ". " (period and a space). It shows up in the reciepients e-mail as a "?". I am using
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:52.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/52.0 SeaMonkey/2.49.5 Bill's (WG9) from 8/13/19. This may have started before, but I was just told about it.
