TBC, I mis-wrote. s/Mozilla software/Mozilla application installation software/.
If I wasn't running a .EXE, I wasn't running any Mozilla application that came
from any of its .zip downloads. :-p

I open the application first, then the file, just like in DOS, same as almost 4
decades ago, and using terminals on mainframes a decade before that.

What does "accessibility" mean in that context?

How often are such registrations required?
