The site is asking to "Allow" geolocation?
If you answer "Always" you shouldn't be asked again.
If you answer "Never" you shouldn't be asked again.
If you answer "Not for This Request" you will probably be prompted
every
time.
No reason to go looking for a hidden option.
The missing option is "For this request" or similar wording as you
might
want to decide to allow it this time and on a case-by-case basis in
the
future. That is not available with any of the above offered
selections.

The gecko notification api changed. This is no longer an option.

If the option was available before the new gecko api ... removal of it
is a strange enhancement ...
