I created shortcuts to Windows Update on 3 PC's. On only one of the PC's it also opens up SM with a blank page along with Windows Update. The other 2 PC's only show Windows Update, as it should work. How do I stop the one from also opening up SM? https://www.howtogeek.com/227232/how-to-create-a-shortcut-to-windows-update-in-windows-10/

Are all the Windows PC's default web browser, SeaMonkey? Is your one problematic PC's Windows using SM as its default web browser? If not, then try changing it to IE and retry.
