Hello,
I created a mailing list to send mail to all the people in this list.
I used this list to invite everyone to an activity. So far so good.
Some people told me that they could not participate in this activity. Therefore the following e-mail should cover all persons except those who have withdrawn. I would like to copy the existing list with a different name and then in this list remove the people who will be absent. (I want to keep the original list to possibly make other invitations).
So the question is: In the address-book how to copy a mailing-list ?

SHORT answer:  "I don't know."

Longer answer:
  1. Ask a related question:
     "How/where does SeaMonkey store 'mailing lists'?"
  2. I suspect you will have to save original list in a different format.
  3. With my background, I would likely convert it to a spreadsheet.
  4. I would add "flag" fields for lists 1 -> ????.
  5. Converting such a spreadsheet to SeaMonkey list is exercise
     left to the student. IOW 'i dont know'

I can not answer your particular question. *BUT* I hope I have given useful suggestions as to how to approach the problem.
YMMV <grin>
