Is your SeaMonkey 'seeing' Lightning at all??
Have a look at Tools->Add-ons Manager to see if SeaMonkey is seeing Lightning
at all and, if it is, is Lightning enabled at all??
If not, maybe you need to d/l the 64bit version of Lightning, maybe.
