This is probably the "Reset" option in the context menu for that
about:config entry (so right-click it or press shift+F10).
Correct. Reset switches it to the default option which in this case deletes
the key.
Under Windows the xpi is located in
C:\Program
Files\SeaMonkey\distribution\extensions\{59c81df5-4b7a-477b-912d-4e0fdf64e5f2}.xpi
You can also just install it with file open.
