Anyone else notice that newer angular's development server does not display in SeaMonkey? I have an old project that is version 1.3 that does work, but newer projects with version 8.3 does not display in SeaMonkey but works in Firefox, Chrome, Edge, but blank page in IE and SeaMonkey.
