I have not much to say but this: many many thanks to all involved
keeping SeaMonkey alive! I really appreciate this work!

I do NOT do any beta testing without being paid.

That said, what is the latest non-beta version of Seamonkey?  I am using 2.49.5 with only Shockwave and Silverlight and of course, Lightning.

I don't do development without being paid. Oh wait wrong. I lied :)

After a few days I would say 2.53.1 is imho mostly release quality. Any problems with it won't go away with the final. There is a bigger problem with downloads not correctly intializing when starting with the -private switch but this will probably not be solved for 2.53.1. Hadn't even time to file a bug yet. No one else filed a bug against it too so we will put some already earmarked minor patches into the final and be happy with it.
