Doesn't load in Safe Mode either. seems to be just the home page that
doesn't fully load, and the sign in page goes nowhere when filled in.
Failed logins are usually due to cookie issues. Have you double-checked
your permissions? If you block their cookies, the login page will just
reload and ask you again.
