We have been advised that, if you are trying to install the x64 version
of 2.49.5, you must first remove the x32 version (only version) of 2.49.4.
In addition, updating Seamonkey does not currently work - you have to
install the new version instead. What I don't understand here is those
symptoms you report with 2.49.4, I'm still using that version without
any problems. Is any particular website triggering this?
