I again installed x64 SeaMonkey 2.53.1. This time I also installed the
Toolbar Buttons 1.0.2 extension from my own archive. The buttons I had
with SeaMonkey 2.49.5 appeared except for the Password Manager button.

The Password Manaager button is not part of the basic set of buttons in
the extension. However, I also archived the installer for the Password
Manager 1.1.1 button; so I installed it, too. It did not appear in the
Customize Toolbar window, so I could not add it to SeaMonkey's toolbar.

While a button did appear for Add-ons Manager, it was non-functional. I
selected it, but the Add-ons Manager did not appear.

Another extension that was non-functional (not part of Toolbar Buttons)
was Theme Font & Size Changer. I selected its button, and its window
did appear. However, its Font selection list was empty.

I have again reverted to 2.49.5.

Trump says U.S. considering restrictions at Mexican
border over coronavirus -- Reuters News

Per Reuters, Mexico has reported only 3 cases of
COVID-19. Per the Canada Broadcasting Corporation,
Canada has reported 20 cases. Why is not our
northern border also being closed?
