I do not believe this is a mouse hardware problem, if this is only
happening with SeaMonkey. The mouse works correctly in other programs
like notepad, MS Word, Windows Explorer or the Desktop. If it works in
all other programs just fine the you might want to try a new SM profile.
Another thing you may want to do is check to see if you have the latest
device driver.
