Ti.com stopped working with 2.49.5 this week and I am really hoping 2.53 fixes
that.

Basically there was only a single problem with 2.53.2 beta 1 reported so far
wrt language packs and the upgrade. The final will get some additonal security
and a few minor issue fixes so I would say even the beta is good to go.
Installing the final over the beta will be smooth.
