and does not allow a user to thoroughly search through folders and files.
That's strange indeed. I'm quite surprised that clicking on Windows
Updates would bring you to the Libraries folder.
Never seen it and I have a few test systems and VMs. 99.9999% not SeaMonkey
relelated. Probably something did go worong with a Windows update or somehow
developed a problem.
