It took me a bit to work out exactly what you were looking at. This is the events part of the "Today Pane" (right-hand sidebar), right? Having just started SeaMonkey, mine was showing 24 Jun 2020 as Mon. After clicking one of the left/right arrows to change the day, and then back to today, it correctly shows the day as Wed.
Looks like it might initialise to "Mon" on startup, rather than the correct day of the week?
