I have tended to keep SeaMonkey open for long periods for a long time,
so I suspect that the bug was introduced at that time or very shortly
before. It it is a little difficult to be sure, as the periodic POP3
mail checks fail silently with this bug. It is only when I suspect a
problem and do a manual check for mail that I am sure the bug has hit again.

I maintain SeaMonkey here via Ubuntuzilla, so whatever releases are
available there would reflect my my prior versions in use.
