Verizon.com Web Site SM 2.53.3 Win10Pro

Hello all when trying to access verizon.com website, it hangs using usually after the the first page. 

I have no issues when using Chrome 84.0.44147.125.

Any ideas or suggestions as to the issues and how to overcome?
