Yes. It is the latest ESR78 version. See about:support.

And, logically, clicking on your about:support link brings up MY SM
2.49.5 support page .... which lists NSS at 3.28.6!! ;-)
Uh, something is wrong with your SM then? Here's mine in my decade old,
updated 64-bit W7 HPE SP1 PC:
