Now that Lightning is packaged with SeaMonkey (thank you!!), and
selecting the Events & Tasks 'Calendar' option opens a second tab in the
Mail window for that calendar along with the Mail tab, is there a way to
set the Mail view so that both open as a group, same as can be done with
multiple tabs in the web browser? Can't find anything in the GUI for this.
I don't think it is possible.
In Thunderbird if you have the calendar enabled it always opens with the
mail tab.
For some reason even with the Calendar checked in Events & Tasks, it
doesn't with SeaMonkey. If I try to close just the Mail & Newsgroups
window using the "x". I get the "Confirm close", " Warn me when closing
multiple tabs" pop-up.
If I have the Calendar tab selected and use File > Close, the Calendar
tab closes.
If I have both tabs open, and the Mail tab selected, using File > Close
doesn't close the window as expected, or prompt the "Confirm close"
dialog. Bug?
If I use File > Exit/Quit from the Mail window I get the "Confirm close"
dialog.
I guess SeaMonkey thinks the Mail window is a browser window when there
are multiple tabs open in it.
