Works fine in several other web browsers I have available on this PC,
just not SeaMonkey.
I tried with adblock disabled as well and that didn't help so its not that.
No problem here using Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:60.0)
Gecko/20100101 Firefox/60.0 SeaMonkey/2.53.4 with no extensions.
I did not try logging into my account.

Have you tried safe mode using Help > Restart with Add-ons Disabled?
