been using SM for ebay for many years with any problems (there have been 1 or 2 over the years, but nothing major)
today, I attempted to create a return of an item selected return, and picked one of the various options why I was returning the item, hit enter. There was a box at the bottom of the page page that should have lit up, and taken me to the next page it didnt SM / Ebay just sits there, no action after I made the selection. reloaded page, still nothing. signed out,and signed in with FF proceeded to do the same as above with FF after selecting the reason, ebay responds, with next and takes me to the next page, where I confirm the return and provide some more detail.
