Hello all - having issues with playing films on Netflix.

Each time I try, there is a message which indicates that HTML5 Player and Silverlight are required.

Silverlight is installed on my system so is it safe to presume that HTML5 is also installed?

Maybe there is an update I missed? I have played films on this system before without issue, although it has been a few months since doing so.

Suggestions appreciated.
