Stuck as to how to create the following two reports:
1)list of each donor with each contribution and which source code correlates
to each contribution amount.

For example:
name            $$                                      $$
$$$                     Total $$

        source code             Source Code     Source Code

(I hope that retains it's formatting so that you can tell that I placed the
source codes under each of the contribution $$s)

2) List by source code, followed by the donor name and amount to each source
code.  For example:

source code I
        name A          $$
        name B                  $$
        name C          $$
                                                        Total $$
source code II
        name D          $$
        name E          $$
        name A          $$
                                                        Total $$

(ditto on the formatting concerns)
