I just wanted to say "thanks" to those who offered help with my problem last 
month and let you know that I didn't do anymore follow-up on the listserv 
because I met with Andrea from Reliacom CSD before I had the chance to 
explain my problem in more detail on the listserv. And it ended up being a 
somewhat "unusual" fix she walked me through, which I'm sure I could not 
adequately explain at this early stage of my ebase experience. Take care....
