are you specifying the bsd server address for fproxy when you request it
from this other machine?
if you're running two separate nodes, physical proximity doesn't mean that
the nodes will even know of each other's existence. try bumping the htl on
fproxy to 20 or 25 ... alternately, try requesting the snarfoo index page
from the command line on this other machine. i generally have a much better
time getting data back from command-line requests.
