It is certainly possible, however the intention is that FProxy only ever
be accessed from the local computer, making it unnescessary.  The reason
for this is firstly that we want to encourage as many people as possible
to operate their own nodes, and secondly that people don't get the same
anonymity benefits if they access a remote FProxy.
