I received the "Warning: Executable code or embedded external links in document" message when attempting to retrieve an html page with a "http-equiv=" tag.  The links on this html page were relative (i.e. "blank.jpg" instead of http://blabla/blank.jpg).  After seeing the warning about executable code, I selected "Retrieve anyway," but the links on this page were not taking into account directory structure.  Files that should have been pointing to a /a/b/c folder, were instead pointing to main "/" folder (localhost:8081/blabla.jpg when it should have been localhost:8081/a/b/c/blabla.jpg).
