Wow, I must have been drunk or something. It actually was missing. You can just copy finsert.exe to frequest.exe and everything will be fine again. I put up a new installer under the same location which contains frequest.exe (although I do not like having two versions of the same release, but none of the code changed, so I decided that this is ok).
