I've installed the Windows version of the 0.3.9.1 client. If I run the fproxy.exe, fserve.exe, etc. programs separately, freenet works fine, but the systray program simply generates a beep, the icon appears in the tray, but clicking on its options only generates beeps, and the freenet programs themselves don't get run.
