I see you are running freenet on port 19114. I would suggest you to change
this.
Next, I see that you try to connect on port 2192 and so on ?
Thats not logical to me.
Do you have any firewall installed ?
Do you have tried with a clean installation in a new directory ?
transient yes or no ?
If you use MFtools with an mftools.ini there area Parameter simrequests=
If this not help please post your freenet.ini and flaunch.ini
