Right click on the node icon in the systray.  And choose 'Stop Freenet'.

Ooooh.  Not yet, but it's a good idea.  I'll put this near the top of my
things-to-do list for the next release.  We currenly only support
"freenet.exe -open" from the command line, which causes the gateway page to
appear (and the node to start up if freenet.exe wasn't already running).  I
agree that "freenet.exe -stop", "freenet.exe -start" and
"freenet.exe -restart" are good ideas.  Hey, maybe "freenet.exe -configure"
too, but that's probably less useful since it's a GUI configurator...
