[freenet-support] (no subject)

ok, so i downloaded the recommended windows version of freenet. and my PC 
doesnt know what program to use to open it. is it a DLL? cuz i tried that. 
and i tried selecting it from the RUN option on the start bar. well, thank 
you anyways.
ps, i dont know what a mirror is and why i would need it.
