Stop your 0.4 node, and then run it with "-export".
switches.argDesc ("export", "<file>|-");
switches.shortDesc ("export", "exports a signed NodeReference");
Then restart the node.
I'm not sure what will happen if you run the "-export" while your node is
up. I'm too afraid to try it myself. :-)
Why this isn't in README is beyond me. Well, that's why we have source
code....
