The Windows installer creates myOwn.ref in the Freenet directory.
That's your node reference.

If you didn't use the Windows installer (e.g., you're not on Windows),
then use (in Unix Bourne shell):

  CLASSPATH=<whatever>/freenet.jar
  export CLASSPATH
  java freenet.node.Main --export myOwn.ref

Of course, you can name it whatever you wish.
