[freenet-support] Linux Freenet installation

I downloaded and attempted to untar the freenet-20020530.tgz file and it said does not appear to be tar format and then stops.  I used the command line exactly from the installation instructions listed at the website.  What is going on?  (I’m new to Linux and using redhat 7.3) -Ahansler
