So the one who has money can retreive more data than the poor one?
I think this is not a free way of information exchange, except if
the rules for payment are designed very carefully. And requirement
for a carefull design is a bad feature I think.

Is money the only way to prevent misuse? Is it a good way?

Maybe a better idea for the HTL problem would be HTLs that are
not guaranteed if they are high.
A node could decrease an HTL by more than the randomly chosen
0 or 1 if it finds the net being overloaded. Hmm, would such
a flood detection be possible?

So if somebody pays more their data gets stored better?
I don't want a net where the richer people have better opportunities.
Ok, technical reasons often create the same situation.

And If I provide a data store to the net I don't want to have data
stored on my hard disc that somebody else gets paid for. I.e. I
want to be that person. Since nobody should be able to know which
data is stored where, the mony somebody pays must be distributed
equally among all the people who provide a node. The larger the
data store you provide, the higher the bandwidth and the more
often your node is online, the larger is the percentage of the
total amount of paid mony you will get. And if somebody clears
her/his store - e.g. by reinstalling freenet - this person
should get somewhat less money because of the lost data.

Is such concept doable?
