I just upgraded my Windows/Xp system to Sun JRE 1.4 from 1.2. I have been using JNT to run freenet as a service so it is always available (even if I am not logged on). After upgrading, JNT wouldn't start freenet. I tried starting freenet from the command line by typing "java freenet.jar".
I get
"Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: freenet/jar"
In response. If I run the freenet launcher (freenet.exe), freenet start normally.
Should I be specifying some additional parameters on the java command line?
Thanks.
