The data store format has not changed in a VERY long time. What you're encountering is probably the infamous data store corruption bug, which is the worst outstanding bug in Freenet (IMHO). Personally, I've only seen it once, but it seems to be far more common for other people, especially Windows users. (By the way, it would be helpful if you actually showed what the errors say, so we can be more definite in diagnosing the problem.) It's not *supposed* to work this way, but for now, whenever you see corruption errors, you'll just have to wipe your data store and try again. -- Greg Wooledge | "Truth belongs to everybody."
